We promise we’ll do all in our power to make this one of the best trips of your birding life. Our booking process is not fully automated. And we prefer it that way. We provide hands-on customer service during the entire process, to ensure you book the tour that is perfect for you.
Here’s How It Works
STEP 1: Contact us
Please contact our office first and inform us what tour(s) you’re interested in. We can then check availability, give you further information about the destination, and go over current pricing and policies. Our office hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5).

STEP 2: Complete and sign Tropical Birding Booking Form
After you have been in contact with our office, we will send you a link to our online booking form
Please read the terms and conditions, complete the form, SIGN IT, and press SUBMIT.
Please ensure that you read all the terms and conditions and understand the Tropical Birding cancellation policy before booking. If you have any questions on this, please contact our office
You also have the option of filling out a paper booking form, signing it, and returning it by mail, fax, or email.
STEP 3: Review Invoice
Once we have received the Tropical Birding booking form we’ll send an invoice with notice of payments due. This will outline both the amount of the payments and dates which they are due. You have an option to send your payment via check, bank draft, or bank-to-bank (wire) transfer.
Step 4: Make Payment
Important: your space on the trip is only reserved once we receive your deposit payment AND your completed booking form. Follow the instructions on your invoice to make payment.
