Booking Process
Our booking process is NOT fully automated. We prefer it that way, in order to provide hands-on customer service during the entire process, to ensure you book the tour that is right for you.
Please carefully read the itinerary of the tour you would like to book, including the Trip Considerations at the end – this section has important information such as the physical difficulty of the tour. If you have any concerns about whether a tour is suitable for you, please ask us.

Complete the online booking form
After you have contacted the office, they will send a link to an online booking form.
Please complete this, read the terms and conditions, and press submit, which will send the form to our office.

Review the invoice
After TROPICAL BIRDING receives the booking form, we will send out an invoice outlining the payments that need to be made. These can be made by check, bank draft, or bank-to-bank wire transfer. In some cases we may be able to accept payments through Zelle or Wise. If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact our office for our current policy on this. If you are from outside the US, and if you are booking a non-Ecuador tour, then we can also accept payments via Flywire.
04.
Make the deposit payment
Important: Your space on the trip is only reserved once we receive your deposit payment AND the completed booking form. Follow the instructions on the invoice to make payment.
