Our booking process is NOT fully automated. We prefer it that way, in order to provide hands-on customer service during the entire process, to ensure you book the tour that is right for you.
Please carefully read the itinerary of the tour you would like to book, including the Trip Considerations at the end - this section has important information such as the physical difficulty of the tour. If you have any concerns about whether a tour is suitable for you, please ask us.
You will be asked to read and agree to our Covid-19 policies during the booking process.
FIRST: Contact the TROPICAL BIRDING office first (e-mail or phone) to check on availability.
Phone Number: Toll free from USA & Canada (800) 348-5941
International Number: +1-409-515-9110
Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (EST/GST -5)
SECOND: Complete the online booking form.
After you have contacted the office, they will send a link to an online booking form.
Please complete this, read the terms and conditions, and press submit, which will send the form to our office.
(If you are unable to do this online, please let us know and we can have a form mailed to you).
THIRD: Review the invoice.
After TROPICAL BIRDING receives the booking form, we will send out an invoice outlining the payments that need to be made. These can be made by check, bank draft, or bank-to-bank wire transfer. If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact our office for our current policy on this. If you are from outside the US, and if you are booking a non-Ecuador tour, then we can also accept payments via Flywire. For more information on the Flywire service, please click here.
FOURTH: Make the deposit payment.
Important: Your space on the trip is only reserved once we receive your deposit payment AND the completed booking form. Follow the instructions on the invoice to make payment.
Now sit back and get ready for the trip of your life.
